Però jo de tu, s&amp;#39;hi que ho faria. Fes un xarop amb 100 ml d&amp;#39;aigua + 100 g de sucre i ho poses al foc i ho deixes fins que arribi a bullir i el sucre s&amp;#39;hagi dissolt. Cassola al fos i si aboca...</title><content type='html'>El secret és la mantega!&lt;br /&gt;Cassola al fos i si aboca la nata, quan arrenca el bull es retira del foc i si afegeix la mantega i la xocolata i no es para de remenar!!! Important que la xocolata no es cremi perquè si no l&amp;#39;oli de la mantega es separa de la cubertura.&lt;br /&gt;S&amp;#39;aboca al damunt del pastís quan està tèbia i es deixa refredar.&lt;br /&gt;Abans de servir es treu una estona abans de la nevera perquè si no pastís i cobertura queden massa durs. Aquesta tarta és genial, a mi també m'agrada molt!.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Pel que fa a la cobertura, jo complemento l'explicació de l'Eva: fas la cobertura i per abocar-la a sobre del pastís, poses la safata del forn, a sobre la reixeta del forn i a sobre el pastís, i aboques la xocolata directament a sobre del pastís, sense tocar-la amb res. Mous una mica la reixeta, perquè la xocolata vagi regalimant,&lt;BR/&gt;s'escampi bé i la que vagi sobrant caigui a la safata del forn. M'encanta i el faig tot sovintpels aniversaris...i és que a tothom agrada!!! ;)&lt;BR/&gt;A mi la cobertura sempre em queda llisa i com un mirall, el secret és no tocar mai la cobertura, el tires per sobre del bescuit xo mai l'allisis amb una ganiveto similar.&lt;BR/&gt;Jo poso en un cassó 90 cc d'aigua, 30 gr nata i 25 gr de sucre. Quan bulli afegeixo 175 gr de xocolata, remenar fins que quedi fosa.
